PROTOCOL: Remember the LLP Trio. Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint. You can inhale all three deeply, diffuse or apply topically to the chest, back and feet. Adults or older children can take allergy capsules with 3 drops of each 2x day or as needed.
If swelling or hives are apparent, break open a capsule of DetoxZyme and sprinkle onto tongue.
