π Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Elderberry Syrup
- 1 cup Ningxia Red
- 2 Tbsp raw honey
- 4 Tbsp unflavored Grass Fed Gelatin (https://amzn.to/2W813AO)Β Β AFF
- 1-3 drops of any citrus vitality essential oil (optional)
- silicone molds (https://amzn.to/2p3qDL3) AFF
π Directions:
- Heat 1/2 cup elderberry syrup to just boiling.
- Remove from heat and add gelatin. Whisk briskly until dissolved.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and whisk.
- Pour into molds. (We used a syringe.)
- Place molds in the fridge until set.
- Store in the fridge.
