Homemade Nasal Spray

Jodie December 13, 2024

All natural homemade nasal spray 🤧

If you are having trouble shaking a stuffy nose this will help dry it out and help you breathe through your nose again.

We use it anytime we have a stuffy nose from a cold, allergies or something bacterial happening in the nasal cavity. Works like a charm🤌

If you do not have or cannot find any Celtic salt you can use Himalayan pink salt or a pinch from the saline packet that come from a netti pot. Oh and if you don’t have a netti pot, try are magical.

🧂Please do not use table salt! You are better off exclude the salt from the recipe if you cannot find the right substitute.

💧Do not use tap water or spring water as they have fluoride, chlorine and other contaminants in them. Distilled only. I use my Berkey water.

🍃 You can add one drop of peppermint to this recipe if you like. For me it is a little to strong but many swear by and love the peppermint – so you get to choose.

You can find the little spray bottles on Amazon
