Acidosis is a condition where the pH of the intestinal tract and blood serum become excessively acidic. This imbalance can stress the liver and promote the growth of pathogenic fungi like candida and make yeast infections worse, all which can lead to many forms of chronic or degenerative diseases. All of our systems work together, and gut health is connected to each and every one, so it’s no big surprise that dietary and oral changes can help in raising the serum pH, aka make it more alkaline. Dietary and oral cleansing is a big step in balancing pH.

Protocols & Usage:
Dietary and Oral: For the oils and blends, use your preferred method for ingesting oils from the options listed below or what you’re most comfortable with. Because they’re Young Living, we already know they’re safe, it’s just whatever method is easiest and best for you. Depending on your needs, follow the usages and protocols below to address your Acidosis:
- Take 1 capsule with desired oil(s) 2 times daily.
- Take 2-3 drops of oil(s) in a spoonful of syrup or a small amount of juice, milk, or water.
- Take an Essentialzymes-4 yellow capsule with Peppermint Vitality until your acid level is balanced, then add Essentialzyme.
- To reduce acid indigestion and prevent fermentation that can contribute to interrupted sleep and bad dreams, take 1 tsp. of AlkaLime in water just before bedtime.
- To raise pH, take 2-6 capsules of MultiGreens 3 times daily and 1 tsp. of AlkaLime in water either 1 hour before or 2 hours after your meals each day. Once you reach the point of healthy maintenance, reduce AlkaLime usage to once per week at bedtime.
- To help stimulate enzymatic action in the digestive tract, combine raw carrot juice, alfalfa, and papaya juice with 1 dropper of Mineral Essence and 1 drop of DiGize Vitality.
