It sounds like you are doing a lot of great things! I can certainly be emotional -I would use some oils to support the transition for him, but also make sure you are giving him a high quality probiotic daily.  Even with great food, our guts can get off kilter.  Mightypro tastes like a pixie stick so its easy to give (and not filled with sugar).  I would also check his body care products -YL makes baby wash and shampoo in the seedlings line, and a great baby oil you can use to moisturize those areas.

Have you checked out all of the COVID info in the courses? There are multiple things you can do to help detox and cleanse -I would say yes sulfurzyme but also Red Cedar Bliss to help cleanse the blood, Ningxia to help detox and also Longevity soft gels and Rehemogen

I would begin with the biotoxin binder to start – not all the things at once, and oils for support

Starting is the hardest part! Have you checked out the GAPS course on here? Do you have the books? I highly recommend following the book to start

Some of us are more prone to nosebleeds, and men/boys in general more than women. It sounds like you know the cause -dryer conditions (filtered cabin air, the worst!). You can try using the oils proactively when flying, or even an aromaring and making sure to moisturize before traveling with a saline and xylitol spray, plus lots of hydration and immune support with Ningxia and/or the Vitality drops in his water bottle.

CA and NY are really rough. A medical exemption is all but impossible to get, as the state has basically threatened doctors with their license for providing them.  Legally a religious exemption is the strongest, however in those states it is still an uphill battle.  Getting your child out of the system has never been more important!

You can get little silicone trays on Amazon and mix with something like organic virgin coconut oil, freeze then pop out to store in the freezer and use as needed.

You can always make your own! Lots of great DIY hacks online.  Your best bet is to get to know the teacher and gift her some fun oily things – a nice bottle of premade Thieves cleaner for her classroom (and one for her home ha), a Thieves bottle to replenish with, some oil samples to include in the sprayers.  That way the teacher is more likely to actually use the products in the classroom where your child will be!

How is his tummy overall? Is he having healthy, soft bowel movements? This age is ripe for constipation which wrecks havoc on sleep.  You can try a supplement like UnWind (tastes like watermelon !) before bed, and diffuse either Seedlings Calm or Sleepyize in his room at night.  It is also the age for monsters in the closet, so if he’s mentioned any scary things -maybe a monster spray with some calming essential oils like Lavender that he can squirt around his room.

You absolutely can work with him -some people use something small like a tic tac to practice. You can also give him something yummy and good for his gut -like camel milk and/or Ningxia with can mask the taste of the supplements.

Welcome! This is such an important question, and as you have seen there are many routes and it takes a lot of listening to your intuition.

If you truly feel that your child must be in a particular school you will have more of an uphill battle in states like Cali and NY.  However college most likely would be “easier” to file exemptions and pester the system so to speak because they are considered adults not minors.  A religious attestation of faith is rock solid.  I do not recommend medical exemptions solely on the reasoning that the onus of proof is on you.  You do not ever have to prove your religious faith.  Christian Science is the most rock solid.

Choose what is best for you and just how you may have to choose what is most important to your family.  Fighting on the grounds of religion will always give you more leverage because it is constitutionally protected.

I have a hard time believing that they have the manpower to check every form, so have parents submitted forms? Wink Wink Yes.  I know a lot of parents who want to fly under the radar just don’t make a scene and do not do anything out loud, they just hand in the “form” and act normal.

Some submit a religious attestation of faith and some submit a “form” that looks like all the others.

    Good luck, you’ve got this!
