    Hello fellow warriors!

My sisters pediatrician is telling her her babe (just turned 1) is in need of ear tubes. She has had 4 ear infections in a short amount of time. I myself know that ear tubes are not the ideal solution. What are some things to look into as far as causes and how to heal naturally. I know diet (dairy specifically) is impactful and I asked her if that is something she consumes a lot. What else?

    Thank you so much!!!!

Ear infections in young kids are almost always directly linked to Vs. There are multiple studies showing the correlation.  Formula feeding also plays a role in this.  Excess dairy can lead to inflammation and excess mucus as well, but I wouldn’t say it is a primary cause.  There are multiple ways to handle ear infections naturally -check out the courses section.  You’ll find help with homepathic remedies as well as oils and supplements in there.  However I would also say eliminating/avoiding Vs is most important -and doing a detox if baby has already been poked.
