Blisters

Jodie Meschuk January 3, 2025

Blisters are fluid trapped under the skin, usually in small pockets. They’re caused by either a physical injury, sunburns, chemical burns, allergies, or even microbial infestation caused by fungal and viral diseases. If you ask people, they’ll probably have some sort of “old family way” of dealing with blisters, but essential oils can help keep skin soft while they help heal the area and reduce the effects and time of blisters. LavaDerm Cooling Mist will also be a life saver, especially if the blisters have come from a burn of any kind.

OIL SINGLES RECOMMENDED:

  • Tea Tree
  • Lavender
  • Melissa
  • Cistus
  • Myrrh
  • Roman or German Chamomile
  • Helichrysum
  • Laurus Nobilis Vitality

OIL BLENDS RECOMMENDED:

  • Purification
  • Inspiration
  • Melrose
  • Valor
  • KidScents Owie

SUPPLEMENTS RECOMMENDED:

  • Power Meal
  • Green Omega 3

BODY CARE RECOMMENDED:

  • LavaDerm Cooling Mist
  • Rose Ointment

Blisters Protocol:

  • Dilute desired essential oil or blend 50:50 with carrier oil and apply to blistered area 3-6 times daily.
  • Spray LavaDerm on blistered area as often as every 30 minutes as desired.
  • Gently apply a little Rose Ointment to keep skin soft and moist.

Applying oils like Helichrysum, Frankincense, Lavender and Roman Chamomile to the skin after the blister is gone and while the skin is still healing will assist in speeding up the healing process and result in healthier looking skin.
