Agitation

Jodie December 16, 2024

Agitation is a peripheral annoyance, something that can seem hard to track down the source of, but in reality, it’s rooted in a few specific areas. A weakened nervous system, lack of sleep, and prolonged frustration are some of the main culprits that build up our agitation – all of these are often the result of a congested liver or overstimulation of the sympathetic system. Addressing those issues can help dissipate agitation at the root, while diffusing and topical use of calming oils and blends can help ease the symptoms in the meantime.
