Insect bites can be a frustrating part of life, causing itching, irritation, and even infection. Luckily, essential oils provide a natural, effective remedy to help soothe the discomfort and reduce the chance of infection. In this lesson, we’ll explore the best oils for treating insect bites and how to apply them for fast relief.

Recommended Essential Oils for Insect Bites:

  • Lavender: Soothes skin irritation and reduces itching. Its calming properties are ideal for treating sensitive skin.
  • Eucalyptus Globulus: Known for its cooling effect, eucalyptus helps reduce swelling and provides relief from itching.
  • Citronella: Not only great for repelling insects, citronella can also help reduce inflammation and treat bites.
  • Tea Tree: With its strong antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, tea tree oil is perfect for preventing infections and treating bite-induced irritation.
