Frank on the head to help support the process is the right call. There is no harm in the helmet and sometimes it is needed

Welcome and congratulations!! You can start in the course section, and if you have additional questions come back here and let us know. You will find TONS of information here https://tribe.thewarriorcenter.com/courses/holistic-pregnancy-and-childbirth/

I would also suggest going through the emotions course to work through some of the past trauma

It sounds like you are doing the right research. If you think perimenopause may be a reason, definitely check out the hormones masterclass course and the womens health course.

I would find a holistic dentist to take a look, as crowns can do more damage than is worth. Also go through the dental course -especially this lesson

I would stick to YL oils and do a neti pot. The risk would be using impure oils

I would double check that ipad just to be sure -tiktok, snapchat and even a plethora of AI chat things are messing with preteens at unprecedented levels. If you can get her to take a probiotic, I would definitely suggest adding in either Life9 (capsule can be opened and powder taken orally -it tastes nutty) or MightyPro which is like a pixie stick. Maybe make walks together in the morning sun a part of your daily routine -connection and very important Vitamin D, and then work through the emotions course in here. You can also involve her in your food prep/shopping and see what her thoughts are and why she is thinking what she is thinking.

What a tough situation! There could be many factors at play here, but since you mentioned it being sudden I would start by looking at the people and technology that is around her. If you havent read the anxious generation -its a must read. Does she have a cell phone? Access to the internet? Is it well monitored? Who is she friends with? If all of these things are clear, then I would take a look at her diet and exercise routine. Is she on a quality probiotic? Is she getting adequate sunshine and exercise daily? What supplements, if any, does she take? If you need more focused help, it may be worth an “urgent care” visit with me. You can access this from the dashboard.

Hi Jen, I would first make sure he rinses his eye really well if he has not done so already. Then i would would use some lymphatic drainage techniques (youtube has useful videos) or gua sha around the area. He can also massage around the outside of the orbital bone with lavender and frank (not in the eye)

Skin issues are rarely due to topical issues, though exposure to toxic ingredients like fragrance and drug store lotions or makeup can certainly make it worse. How is her diet? Is she on a quality probiotic? What, if any, supplements does she take? Is she in any sports?

Hi Heather! Im sorry to hear she is dealing with anxiety. Has she had any recent vaccines, medicines, or trauma? Are her hands physically hot when you hold them? Is the rest of her? Does anything alleviate the feeling for her? (running water, ice, cold air, etc)

Hi Amber! You can do melrose on it daily and spray all the shoes with Thieves hand sanitizer. Also wash socks on hot with Thieves laundry soap

All YL is safe and at the end of the day its always a personal choice. If constipation is an issue during pregnancy be sure to use the daily prebiotic powder and use Detoxyzme daily as well as lots of Ningxia daily

Well, if she believes it to be a problem, then perhaps she will have buy in on a clean diet. There are no magic wands for clear skin when we ingest toxic processed products routinely. In the courses section there is a Keto course, and a GAPS diet course -GAPS would be a fantastic way to reset her system, however at her age it needs to be spearheaded by her. Ningxia daily mixed with sulfurzyme, and Life9 in the evenings will help -but it is an uphill battle without cleaning up intake.

The new tablets are awesome! You can always add a little diluted thieves cleaner to the rinse aid section as well
