My dad was diagnosed with Chrons over 13 years ago. Some things that helped:

    – getting off the medicine completely

    – switched to goats milk and raw A2 cow’s milk

    – follows the Maker’s diet (you can get the book on Amazon)

    – gluten free / einkorn only

    – no seed oils. Only coconut oil / grassfed butter. Only uses olive oil if the cooking temp is below 375° (or else it becomes toxic)

    – no refined sugar or cane sugar; he only uses coconut sugar, maple syrup, or raw honey

    – follows a daily protocol using YL products

He has made a ton of lifestyle changes, and he hardly has symptoms now! He occasionally has a flare up, but we can usually pinpoint it to something he ate.

Hey Nikki! I want to start by saying how much I admire your courage in sharing something so personal. It’s clear how deeply you care for your husband and the future you envision together, and it’s completely understandable that this has been challenging.

A few things to look at:

    – Goldenrod oil on the balls and penis.

    – Powergize for him

    – Idaho blue spruce in a capsule daily

    – For you, apply ylang ylang on inner thighs

    – Make sure you are taking enough progessence plus\

Also overall for mental health – lots and lots of multigreens and minerals (mineral essence)

I would definitely encourage you to book a 1:1 with Jodie!

Jodie is pro beef organs! There is a little info on them in the parasite course, and I believe she also talks about them in the holistic pregnancy course.

Apply these oils along the heel:

    – 5 drops of Valor

    – 5 drops of RC

    – 5 drops of Wintergreen

RC also works amazing on the arch of the foot. Panaway with a roller top would also be a great thing to keep with you at all times when it flares up!

You’ll have to play with it to get the right amount of drops for you! If symptoms go away, you are in the correct range. Also remember you can’t do too much as it’s cancer protective as well.

You can apply bergamot, thieves, or clove right on it! Lavender also helps take away the pain if it’s already split. You could also apply Owie which is a blend made specifically for kiddos!

Hey Emily! So sorry you are dealing with that. So hard to see our babies in pain! I would apply peace and calming on the legs. Also make sure to load up on Ningxia – drink this daily! Make sure she is also getting minerals as well. And I would also give unwind at night.

Hey Mandy! I wouldn’t get too concerned with it being a new strain. It’s all about the terrain (how resilient the body is). The biggest thing is to use oils, and lots of them! You need to use a LOT (not just 2-3 drops!) and apply often to move the needle, and then you can kind of pull back. Also add in ningxia! What are their diets like? We want to support the body in the best ways possible, and it sounds like you are doing that! Jodie might add more, but this is definitely what she would recommend at first! 🙌🏼

Hey Brandi! Rosacea is very much a gut and emotional root cause, so definitely address those two pieces. You can find courses on both of those topics in the Warrior Center! Here is the link for Gut Health: https://tribe.thewarriorcenter.com/courses/gut-health/ and here is the link for Emotions: https://tribe.thewarriorcenter.com/courses/emotional-health/

Next, I’d recommend Blue Tansy! Here is Jodie’s DIY face serum:

    – 10 Blue Tansy

    – 10 Frank

    – 5 Geranium

    – 5 Patchouli

    – 2 Rose

    – 2 Lavender

Also the ART dry skin serum and CBD beauty boost.

Hey Samantha! Please see the other comment 🙂

I would apply frankincense and myrrh daily to the cheek.
