Congratulations Maria! Sometimes during pregnancy our bodies are telling us certain things need to go -have you noticed the heartburn at specific times or after particular meals? How is your diet overall? It is very hard to say what is causing the heartburn and thus how to alleviate it without more info

Im so sorry to hear she and you are struggling. Have you worked through the autism course in here? I highly recommend you start there. You can also schedule a 1:1 if you’d prefer to walk through it together.
-
If you do a 1:1 it would allow us to walk through all the variables, as there could be so many things in play. Have you ruled out chronic constipation, and sleep apnea?

Start with a full detox, as well as addressing the gut and lifestyle factors.

There could be many causes, a more in depth discussion can help us pinpoint where to start (you can use the 1:1 button on the left) but otherwise I always advise to start with the gut. It is amazing how much can be fixed by concentrating there. Here is a quick skin link as well

Likely related to lifestyle factors (like diet, stress, emotions etc). You can do a 1:1 with me if you want to drill down the specifics as there are multiple angles to review -or you can try to work your way through the Gut health courses and emotions courses in the Courses section.

Have a blast! There’s plenty of info in the courses section on travel and health, you can start here https://tribe.thewarriorcenter.com/lessons/what-to-pack/

Work through the emotions and oils course in here, but also a great therapist. There is so much to unpack there -from the physical damage, to the mental and emotional -it is a lifetime journey.

As long as you are breastfeeding, and staying away from dairy (for baby and you) he will be ok. You can continue with oils as well, here is a guide for excess mucus

Hi Jennifer! First, we always always have choices, especially when it comes to what is done to our bodies. If his teeth do not pose him any issues, he should not get them removed. However if there is a risk that they may cause a problem (impaction for example) it may be safer to do so before being in the military.

The best thing for you to do is to have a mindset of prevention. I dont recommend colonoscopies but they can do prenuvo scans, thermography all safe. Taking yl enzymes daily is crucial. Also the daily prebiotic powder, longevity and Ningxia
