    Quite frankly you dont want to prevent it -studies show kids who have had chicken pox may be protected against certain types of cancer later on in life! You would support her immune system like other illnesses -things like detox baths, probiotics, Ningxia and topical support with something like Claraderm!

    Theres so many good options -swimming is great. Theres an app called Moms Fitness that has wonderful at home options. Tons of videos on youtube and such, depending on your life stage and fitness level -regular every day outside walks may be the best place to start. And dont forget to support yourself with oils for trauma and emotions -check out the course in the course section

    All of that is safe, but do we know what the cause is? Is it a stomach virus? Is she pregnant? Is it a toxin or food poisoning -slightly different methods for each thing. If illness or toxin then supporting the gut with Life9 and Ningxia would be good steps to take, and that would not be contra indicated for pregnancy either

    Hello! I would definitely run thru the disposable organs course in here for proactive steps you can take. You def need to be eating carnivore style or keto. Also enzymes daily. Essentialzymes 4 or detoxzyme and each meal or 3x per day. You can also do juniper over the gallbladder daily

    hello! Yes keep doing all the awareness of toxins and food etc I woulddo endoflex over the neck daily and if she can swallow a pill juvatone if not juvaflex over the liver with castor oil at night. Also lots of ningxia daily
