Hi there! I’m some places in the remineralization protocol it says no grains, in others it says no gluten… Is it really no grains? (No Oatmeal, quinoa, rice, sourdough?) Just checking so I can do this right! 👏
Its ideal to stay off all of those for a bit because of how they convert to sugar. Most important is to use the other tools you had asked about, like the probiotics, butter fat oil cell salts and thieves.
