      Hi!
      For those of you who have watched the respiratory health video or on the zoom call. I was wondering how to make and use the suppository?

      You can get little silicone trays on Amazon and mix with something like organic virgin coconut oil, freeze then pop out to store in the freezer and use as needed.

      Thank you for a response. How often can they be used? I made some with organic virgin coconut oil with 4 drops of R.C. But could I add Ravens as well?
