      Is Red Cedar Bliss okay to use while pregnant?

      If so, how?

      Also, another general EO question.. how many oils do I actually need to avoid completely?

      Yes its fine! If you navigate over to the Courses tab, there is a pregnancy section with a ton of info including oils!
