Progessence Phyto Plus
<p style=”text-align: right;”>I just received my YL order and I’m just a bit confused about how to use the progesessence plus. Can i drink a drop or 2 or do i just inhale it?
I also ordered the starter kit and i received the handbook which all mention using the oils in the diffuser or topically, nothing so far about ingesting it…
Your guidance will be appreciated :)</p> -

Pro plus should be applied not drank. You can apply it to your wrists, inside thighs, lower abdomen -and swap application locations

Are you supposed to stop use during your cycle like other topical Progesterone supplements?

You can apply it daily, but should not use it if using contraceptives

They’d basically be battling each other (speaking of hormonal contraceptives)
