any insight on if a cleanse is safe to do if you could become pregnant or are? my cycle is pretty irregular since having my first so just trying to plan accordingly.
I think it is fine if you use parafree, not some other deeper things. If you are not pregnant and your period is an issue, I would check out the hormones courses in here!
