    Hi, Jodie.

My nine year old son has night terrors. He started having them at age four and has them periodically. They have recently become more frequent. Any suggestions on what we can do to help with this? Thanks!

Oils can be so helpful for this! I would do a combination of things -start with Purification on the bottoms of feet before bed. If he can swallow a capsule, you can do copaiba and lavender in there, and diffuse dream catcher in his room at night. Regular chiropractic care is a great tool. You can also try waking him up some half an hour or so after he falls asleep. Night terrors tend to set in around the same dream cycle, so interrupting that can hopefully bypass them.
