      Hi, I am in CA and my child has an IEP for focus/adhd and I don’t want them to test out of and loose the IEP because I don’t want to continue with vaccines. Are there certain things I can do or say to keep the IEP?

      in CA schools you will have a hard time opting out of vaxs, but it should not affect your child’s IEP in any way. If your child needs additional help due to a condition such as ADHD, and you have it well documented, the schools are required to provide the help mentioned in your IEP. They cannot discriminate based on medical information -as in rescind an IEP or anything of the sort.
