I read through the GAPs diet course and it goes until phase 2. Is there guidance for the remainder of the phases? I’m doing food preparations this coming week to start for my 3.5 YO speech delayed son (no diagnosis but has a few autism markers). I want to make sure I have it all understood. My understanding is that for the first phase, he only will get meat stock, tea, camels milk and sauerkraut juice? Then into phase two he can incorporate egg yolks and eventually softened eggs? How do I have my 3.5 YO feel full on a liquid diet?
