I notice a lot of information on minerals. CT minerals and mineral essences from YL. If your taking other supplements like multigreens, NR or any supplement with other minerals in it, like magnesium, can you get too much?
Not really no, your body knows what it is doing! It will keep what it needs and flush what it doesnt. The fact is though that our food is so depleted of natural minerals that it is doubtful you will get too much
