ParticipantMy 10 year old son has had a cough for going on a month now. It started out with other cold symptoms but those went away quickly. The cough just lingers. I have tried oils and supplements, detox baths and I am getting so discouraged. He definitely coughs more with activity and the cough is affecting his sleep. I have been avoiding the doctor because I don’t want him on steroids or antibiotics. Please help!

ParticipantHi mama, you’re in the right place. Have you checked out any of the course info? Is he wheezing? What oils have you used and how often/how? The key to oils is to use them often and in abundance. Ningxia and mightypro daily would also be helpful. Thieves cough drops are also really useful on the go.
