Jodie, I’ve seen you mention taking Multigreens to get choline. I’m using Ningxia Greens. Does that also have choline? Thanks!
Hi Jenny, I think you can go to the Young Living Library and see the ingredients sheet for Multigreens.
No Ningxia Greens do not -but they have a ton of other amazing adaptogens
