Chickenpox and pregnancy

Got a text this morning from a friend whose kid’s birthday party we went to. One of the families woke up with chickenpox. Now I’m not worried at all about it for my kids. I want them to get it. But I had one shot as a kid and never got the infection. And I’m 33 weeks pregnant. I’ve messaged my midwife about it, too. Is there anything I should do? Should I keep away from my own kids? 😅 Is there any reason for me to be concerned for my unborn baby? I hate that I had that shot. I don’t blame my mom…she didn’t know and regrets allowing those, too.

You dont have anything to worry about, it will just pass good immunity to your baby
