I’m 50 years old, married to my best, stubborn, non-oily friend and we have 5 adult children and our first grandchild!!  Carsen and our golden doodle Bailey are my absolute favorites!  I’m here to learn as much as I can and try to live out my best years without too many visits to doctor/prescriptions.  I want the rest of my family to join me, but I know I need to have the facts and knowledge to back myself up.   I also want to break free from my desk job and help others.
