I am curious if we feel gluten is a serious culprit for hypothyroidism and should be completely avoided. I was gluten free for about 5 years and hated it. I don’t like that there are no bread options that aren’t full of junk. I recently reintroduced gluten and also discovered my thyroid health needs some love. I am now using several young living products to support it. However, I have seen some research about needing to completely eliminate gluten. I don’t really eat gluten other than organic sourdough and organic einkorn. Do you feel that we cannot improve thyroid health with those forms of gluten in our diet? I’ve seen different information on this topic and would love some feedback.
