Tapeworm infection while pregnant

Hello, I’m pretty sure I have a tapeworm infection as that’s what it looks like from the white flakes in my stool and photos I’ve seen online. Sorry if tmi. Is there anything naturally I can do while pregnant to get rid of them? I’m going to go to the dr to confirm but I’m sure they will prescribe an anti-parasitic most likely if they think it’s necessary. I don’t want any negative affects on my baby from the worm so id just like some advice or insight on this topic.

Raw pumpkin seeds are a good first step to try to eliminate parasites!
