When using supplements from YL, how do you know where to start if you need to increase the dose?
Jodie when you mention something going on with the body and it needs more supplements, do you increase by 1 or 2? I’ve watched a lot of your videos and education, and you will mention depending on what you’re dealing with at the time, sprained ankle, concussion, sickness etc. increasing supplements. And I heard you mention there is labeling laws so I’m assuming the amount that is on the bottle to use is just because of labeling laws?
Can you take too much? Is it okay to take these supplements with other supplements?
