Shrink adenoids?!
The ENT and orthodontist recommended my 7 yo son get his adenoids out. They’re enlarged and he’s mouth breathing because of it. We eat fairly clean, have oils and air doctor going all the time. I don’t want him to have to go thru surgery but it’s affecting the way his mouth grows. Any suggestions on what else I can do to help shrink them? He’s also going to start myofunctional therapy too.
