Sharing something very personal, but desperate for answers.
I just recently had a miscarriage the beginning of October and I’m struggling to balance out my hormones. The emotions that come with this loss are hard enough but I do believe that feeling the pain is crucial in the healing both mentally and physically, so I am honoring that. The physical aspect (my body changing and not feeling the same- hormone wise) has been such a draining experience for me.
I’m pretty sure I have endometriosis which I feel may have played a role in the miscarriage. I’ve not had a period since the miscarriage and I feel like the endo symptoms have worsened over the past week/ two weeks..
I drink ningxia, use pro + and endoflex (4 drops 2x a day) eat healthy when I have an appetite, I use non-tox products, take supplement…. I try to be as consistent as I can but can admit I miss a day here and there.
Can anyone help me with some suggestions on what I may not be doing ?
