Hi there, my daughter, 12 yo, who usually has a bout or two of seasonal allergies when things start to bloom and the winds pick up has had increase of sneezing/wheezing/dry coughing this year. She recently had blood work done for allergies and some tests came back “high”. Her biggest culprits are, alternaria alternata level 6(very high level), aspergillus fumigatus level3 (high) as well as immunoglobulin e 856 (dr said this should be under 100). Of course the we were told she will probably need shots and referred us to an allergy specialist. What can I do to help her? where to start?
