Hi! I have just been to a holistic dentist and have been told I have a cavity that needs filled and that my 5 year old and 7 year old have some decay. I ordered cell salts, dental combination, before reading the protocol here which says to take all 12. Will the dental one be OK or are all 12 absolutely needed?
How do I swish with probiotics? Do I empty a capsule of Life 9 into water to swish? How do kids swish the probiotics?
I have read that bicarbonate of soda can be too abrasive to teeth?

Hi! Have you gone through the dental course on here? Yes you can empty a life 9 capsule directly into your mouth, swish around, and swallow. It tastes nutty and is not at all unpleasant. Kids can use Mightypro which is delicious!

Thank you! I am working my way through the course whenever I get a chance, trying to read the Cure Tooth Decay book my Ramial Nagel as well. Will order more life 9 and the mightykidz, if there is anything else you would recommend as well please let me know. Will have a look through the course now though to see if the recommendations are there as well before I order. Thanks.
