I am 47 and was tracking my cycles by taking my basal body temp every morning along with recording symptoms and charting days of cycle etc. as my form of birth control to NOT get pregnant. I have been using pro + daily morning and night for a few years and my cycles had been very regular. For over a year now my periods have not been regular at all, I have gone many months with no period, sometimes monthly, so very unpredictable and have not been able to track them. My question is, what can we do as a form of birth control now at this stage of life when we can’t track our ovulation?

There are many options aside from a BC pill, if thats what you mean. Barrier methods are effective for instance
