• Irregular Cycles

Hey! I’ve struggled with not having regular cycles after having three kids and extended breastfeeding. I stopped nursing in Jan/Feb and my typical cycles are about 42 days. Occasionally I’ll have a “normal” one of about 29-32 days but right now it’s been 50 days without a period. I am 34 years old and not pregnant (my husband has a vasectomy). I’ve been using Progessence Plus (4 drops 2X a day), endoflex, and started taking cortistop. Should I be doing anything else? How do I know if I’m using too little or too much progessence?

Have you one, taken a test (vasectomies can and do fail) and two gone through the hormone course? After having babies and nursing it can take a while for our body to regulate but that seems like an excessive amount of time with no menses

I haven’t gone through the hormone course yet! I finally started my period. Every time I think it’s starting to regulate, I’ll get one of these long breaks (not this long, more like 40ish days). How do I know if I’m using enough Progessence plus?

You’ll have to play with it to get the right amount of drops for you! If symptoms go away, you are in the correct range. Also remember you can’t do too much as it’s cancer protective as well.
