Insomnia (11yo boy)
My 11yo son has been struggling with severe insomnia for a few months now almost every single night. Can anyone point me to a course or protocol in here that can help me help him? I’m at my wits end and I know he’s frustrated too. It takes him hours to fall asleep even after immupro, all the calming oils, etc.
