Inducing sickness?
Hi Jodie and everyone. I just watched the revering sickness video and I have a very weird question. I have not been sick since December 2023, is this a concern because I don’t want to be a time bomb. Last year it seemed like I was getting sick more often and then this year- nothing so far. What do I need to do to get sick? I never thought I would ask this. Thanks for your input.

I think it’s amazing you’ve not been sick! Maybe you’re dong all the right things. 🙂 I was sick a few months ago but before that it had been 2 years!! I’ll happily take that again! haha!

so long as you are not isolating from the world and are being exposed to normal environments-Grocery store, office, parks, stores, church etc I think you’re likely on a good path
