Hormones, Menopause & Period
I have been in menopause for about 10 years. I recently started strength training in Jan. I think it was March, I started spot bleeding. Then in April had like a full fledge menstrual cycle that lasted more than 2 weeks. Had a week break and just started again. I’ve mentioned it to a few friends and it didn’t surprise them. I’ve also noticed my hormones are off. I’ve been overly tired, irritable, and moody.
This doesn’t sound normal to me and I don’t have a gyn. Any ideas and/or recommendations?
