  • Gallbladder attacks, no gallbladder

I had my gallbladder removed 7 years ago (before knowing better) and recently I started having frequent what feels like gallbladder attacks. No fever, just severe abdominal pain on the right and midsection of my abdomen. I am taking essentialzymes-4 twice a day with my meals. What else can I do?? Thank you

You can do a master cleanse to flush out whatever toxins are hanging about. That pain could be your appendix so working on diet and making sure you are taking a quality probiotic like Life9 as well as supporting your immune system is key. Check out the courses section for some in depth dives into various approaches as well
