At 38 weeks pregnant I started to get eye eczema. I’m now 9 weeks postpartum and it hasn’t gone away yikes. I’ve seen my dermatologist and eye doc. Both confirm just dermatitis. Eye doc prescribed an ointment but I want to figure out what’s causing it and actually heal it. I don’t use any crazy face stuff (primally pure face wash routine. Used to only use jojoba oil and frank on my face but needed thicker bc this eye stuff) I barely use makeup especially since this I’ve maybe worn it three times but had switched it all out to new stuff in case it was from that.

Pregnancy is wild! Your hormones are likely out of whack still and sometimes our skin can become super sensitive to almost anything. I would skip all the makeup and anything but pure YL EOs on your face for a few weeks. Id also work on rebalancing hormones. If you navigate to courses youll find a plethora of information on hormones. You can start with food and hormones here https://tribe.thewarriorcenter.com/lessons/balancing-hormones-with-food/

Hi! I just joined today due to my eye eczema and hoping to find answers. I get red, itchy eyebrows and eyelids. We live a clean life style; natural cleaning supplies, laundry soaps, etc. All organic, no dairy or gluten foods, filtered water, etc. I have had this for over 3 years, some days are better than others but it never goes away. Wondering what the underlying issue is. Have you found anything to help you?

Hi Kara welcome! There are so many resources to check out in the course section here. With eczema I usually look at the gut and emotions before anything else, and any sort of face products -what you use to wash, moisturize and makeup. Also a Vitamin C filter or Berkey filter for your shower can be a great help
