• Exercise Ideas

    I’ve never had an exercise routine of any kind. I know I need to add in some simple and gentle things into my daily habits. My adrenals have been seriously taxed from grief and other highly emotional issues the last 2 years so I don’t want to jump in too hard too fast. Any ideas?

    Theres so many good options -swimming is great. Theres an app called Moms Fitness that has wonderful at home options. Tons of videos on youtube and such, depending on your life stage and fitness level -regular every day outside walks may be the best place to start. And dont forget to support yourself with oils for trauma and emotions -check out the course in the course section
