Chronic UTIs
My 74 year old mom tends to have several UTIs every year. This latest one she had several side effects that made her not feel good at all. Any suggestions on what she can do to help prevent them and if she does get one, how can she heal it naturally so she doesn’t have to take an antibiotic?

Starting with the basics is probably a good idea -making sure she uses the restroom frequently, is not sitting in wet/damn clothes (like after swimming) and is taking a quality probiotic to support her system -Life9 and Ningxia should be daily, and K&B can be added to the Ningxia to help as well.
