Hello! We went to a local splash pad with friends today. Within a few minutes of being there I could smell the strong chlorine. My kids were in the water less than 5 minutes. It hurt their eyes, and I didn’t want them in the chemicals. Two of my three kids now have these blisters/bumps on their legs and stomach. Any recommendations on how to treat it? We went home and washed really well with soap and water. I just wasn’t sure if I needed to “treat” it at all.

Oh no! That is so frustrating. Check out the recipes in this lesson for before and after exposure. https://tribe.thewarriorcenter.com/lessons/chlorine/ This is actually a very handy thing to do prior to swimming in a pool and all the other summer activities possibly involving chlorine. You can also spread lavender on the spots or Claraderm.
