    Theres so many good options -swimming is great. Theres an app called Moms Fitness that has wonderful at home options. Tons of videos on youtube and such, depending on your life stage and fitness level -regular every day outside walks may be the best place to start. And dont forget to support yourself with oils for trauma and emotions -check out the course in the course section
