Jodie, thanks for your response! I am working my way through the holistic childbirth class. Can you tell me if any of the YL supplements would be contraindicated in pregnancy or maybe contraindicated at a certain phase of pregnancy? For example, you recommended Comfortone at the end of pregnancy, but I’d sure like to take some now with ICP bc my gut is a mess post flu.
