We are going to go over three main areas that really have approached or are fast:
- Time and circadian rhythm change and how this affects the brain and stress responses (also sleep)
- Food and how blood sugar stabilization is one of the most critical factors in health and longevity
- Emotions, family, overall added stress of finances, holidays
In each module, you will get a specific protocol that will make a huge difference when you are consistent and depending on which one you feel is most like “you” begin there. All three are needed to thrive but as always begin simple and with consistency and the other pieces become much more simple
