Cough and congestion
8months and my baby has mucus he is coughing up, but almost chocking on it, since he can’t spilt it out. I have tried the silver in the nebulizer and lavender and eucalyptus oil on his chest and in the diffuser, and breastfeeding. But anything else that I can do?

As long as you are breastfeeding, and staying away from dairy (for baby and you) he will be ok. You can continue with oils as well, here is a guide for excess mucus
