  Castor Oil Packs?

  What’s everyone’s thoughts on castor oil packs?? And if you love them what do you use ~ an actual wrap from like amazon or ?? I see a lot of the reviews for the adhesive ones aren’t the best. Thanks!

    What are the main benefits of these? I just bought one and used it once. Had diarrhea for several days after sleeping in it one night. But do feel like maybe I was passing mucous plaque looking stool. How often do you use them?

      They are used for detox and help with cleansing the liver. You should take detoxzyme with it daily and depending on how your body responds you may need a binder as well.
