  Can anyone offer insight into roughly how many drops of Longevity oil blend is in the capsules? We can’t get the Longevity capsules in my country so I’ve purchased the bottle and using empty gelatin capsules.

  I get 00 vegetable capsule and fill it up. It’s around 9-10 drops I’m guessing.

  I have heard about 4 drops so I personally feel that it’s better value to use the oil and make capsules myself.

  Making the capsules yourself is great and you can adjust the amount of oil to what YOU feel works best for you!
