Hey Jodie. He eats ok. I try and buy good clean things. Less processed. He does get some things I wish he wouldn’t . So his diet isn’t as great as it could be. But not as worse as it could be. He does some exercising daily. Pushups and we just got a weight machine he uses. I’ve actually forgot about probiotics for him. I need to get him back on them. We have tried many different deodorants. He doesn’t like the YL ones. He is extremely picky. It’s so frustrating. I’m fixing to make a new one and try it for him. I’ve been just buying clean ones. He is already complaining because it’s a cream. But I haven’t made it yet. lol. I did have a friend suggest putting him on chlorophyll. So I’m trying that. The smell isnt as strong as it was. I will get him mighty pro or life 9. I did have him taking mighty pro and just due to finances we stopped.
