  Irregular cycle and oils

  How can you use oils appropriately when your cycle is so irregular? This year my cycle has been anywhere from 18-36 days. I’m 40 but everyone says it’s too early for perimenopause and has never taken me seriously when I tell them I’m sure my issues are hormone related. I have progessence plus and clary sage. The pro+ was helping my cycles be less painful and less acne but not sure if it’s ok to use that all the time? Clary sage I just use as I feel like. I also get a lot of breast pain (like half the month). Suggestions?
